In July 2013, the“Aomori University Men’s Rhythmic Gymnastics Team” gave a performance

in the Yoyogi National Stadium’s Second Gymnasium.The event,

entitled “Flying Bodies, Soaring Spirits” was planned and produced

by Issey Miyake with renowned director/choreographer Daniel Ezralow

.The gymnasts celebrated not only the wonders of nature using water,

which unites the earth and all life upon it,

as the motif, but also the energy of hope.

The energetic gymnastics performance and

emotional dance performance were both received with wild applause.
